Our proprietary programme for agencies without a marketing engine to help them take it from cold start to firing in 12 weeks. We’ll cover all areas from ICP, to messaging and positioning, to strategy documenting and plan creation with supporting metrics, reporting and budget.
This is best suited to agencies who do not have a functioning marketing team but are suffering from a start / stop or low pipeline and need some consistent marketing momentum.
MARKETING MENTORING

Weekly marketing support to help you focus on key areas of your marketing strategy and guide planning and execution using an external vantage point.
Scope varies depending on specific requirements however this is about progression and growth. You’ll have access to our tools and frameworks as we focus on prioritising marketing and optimising your internal engine.
ACCOUNTABILITY SESSIONS

Sometimes, focus and accountability is needed. Someone to hold your feet to the flame and ensure actions are done and affirmations are achieved.
Our monthly accountability sessions prioritise marketing and both reflect on the month gone and look ahead to the month coming. These consist of prep time ahead of the meeting and a 90 minute meeting at the end of each month, plus a summary of actions and commitments.

Integral to growth, it requires a certain blend of skills, abilities and personality to be successful. This package will help you define the role and job description, review CVs and then participate on interview stages to make sure you find the most suitable candidate for your business.
